A bless day in did.I had not written about Swami Raghavendra so it is a right time I guess for me to mention something about this great saint of Mantralaya.I am not an ardent devotee of Swamy but Raghavendra is always and will be respected and deem to be worship. As the follower of Shankara Advaitha I render my absolute prostrations to this great saint of Dvaitha philosophy of Madhvacharya's. Life of Swami Raghavendra or known as Rayaru is something to be remembered especially his devotion and life this great saint went through.

A Trip To Jayavarman VII region
Flight from Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur LCCT and from there to Siem Reap,Cambodia is a good idea I guess.Well I had a great time at LCCT terminal while waiting for my next flight to Siem Reap.So lively and sleepy I am, but excitement are there so all this are forgotten.
I had chosen this title for my blog because, Khmer King Jayavarman VII even though this ancient king leave many century in the past his name are still alive in Siem Reap till today.Cambodia peoples are worshipping him in many palaces. An impact from the past ancient Khmer kingdom which I can feel when I visit many of their ancient temple monuments.

Everest The Grave
Mount Everest is the most popular and most recognized mountain in the world. It is located in the Mahalangur section of the Himalayas with its highest point reaching 8848 meters above sea level. Mount Everest has been a climbing challenge that many climbers have dreamed of completing, reaching the top being the ultimate prize. You always hear of those who do reach the peak but no so much of those who tried and failed.

Aravan - The Human Sacrifice in ancent India
Human sacrifice was practised by various cultures at various levels. We have references to sacrifice of human beings in the Vedas and Tamil literature and sculptures. In fact there is no religious book which has not got a reference to it. There is no civilization where it was not practised. Historians only talk about Mayans nowadays. But it was practised on a large scale in the Middle East. We have unusually, disproportionately large number of children graves in Bahrain. It was practised in the early dynasties of Egypt. When the pharaoh died, lot of his servants, officials, queens were buried with him. They were administered with quick acting poison or a tranquilizing drug. They all did in an orderly manner. Bible and Jewish literature refers to it a number of places.

Kavadi Sindhu in Sannasimalai Andavar Temple
I am a Divine Mother devotee or so call "Bagavathi Sevagan" where I had inherited from my family (Mother Side). A very unique Tantrik prayers to God Bagavathi of Kodangulur, rooted from Kerela which stand as the family deity for nine generation.Well some ignorant peoples would like to describe such prayer as a left handed Tantrik practise or sort of black magic. For those peoples, I can only pity them and to say in lay man term " You mother is superior to you and my mother is superior to me so just take care of your own mother and be happy because only fools will try to compare whose mother is superior then others". Learn how to see devotion with open mind, hearth and in a positive manner.
God are one but we see him in many different forms and with different rituals and practise. I observe all the important date in Hindu festival.Thaipusam,Maha Sivaratri,Vaikunda Egadasi and ect.ect. Be it for Lord Shiva,Lord Ganesha,Rama,Krishna and even Maturai veeran.I will not loose anything as I believe all will lead to Divine consciousness if you observe them in a right manner.OK let cut the crap and move to what I really want to talk about.
