Planking and my Plankers Kids

Well lets talked about Planking.I love to see many picture in the net on this issue.Sometime its funny and some time its to extreme.There are some incidence where some "plankers" lost their life in a bit to capture the extreme spot of their planking.I had provided their meaning and history below which I extract from Wikipidea.You can try some safe and friendly planking indoor or outdoor.

"Planking" (or the "Lying Down Game") is an activity consisting of lying face down in an unusual or incongruous location. The hands must touch the sides of the body and having a photograph of the participant taken and posted on the Internet is an integral part of the game. Players compete to find the most unusual and original location in which to play.The term planking refers to mimicking a wooden plank. Rigidity of the body must be maintained to constitute good planking.
Since early 2011, many participants in planking have photographed the activity on unusual locations such as atop poles, roofs and vehicles, while some "plankers" engage in the activity by planking only their upper body and feet while leaving the back suspended.
History and origination
Comedian Tom Green claims to have invented "planking" as early as 1994.Gary Clarkson and Christian Langdon claim to have invented planking in 2000, first becoming popular in North East England.
The lying down game spread to the rest of the world, where it has also been known as" playing dead","On one’s belly", "extreme lying down","facedowns" and "planking" .

Critics of the lying down game compare the game with the slave trade-era practice and manner of stowing African slaves upon the planks of a slave ship's lower hold, as illustrated in the Brookes abolitionist poster imagery,although University of Pittsburgh professor Marcus Rediker states there is no "deliberate connection" between the contemporary usage, and any previous meaning imputed to the term.

So this sort of game really become popular in 2011 and see for your self when you "google" them.There are some professional in this game and also some amateur which want to explore something new and exciting.And finally below are two "Plankers" in my family whom really have some fun planking.I really love it when my two kids show their expertise on planking at home.Maybe next time it will be my turn.
