Healthy Food , Healthy Living



Many people eat good food but did not aware what is the benefit to our health.This are the foods that we consume everyday and there are a lot of health benefit which most people did not aware.I have some info which been there for beginning of this year in my Office working table.Guess what? The thing that I always stare daily,marked,write some note on it especially on any important date for meeting or appointment....Without this I am at total lost and would not know what is the date...Now its ring the bell right...My table calender which come with attractive health info's on some of the stuff like fruits and our day to day foods that we consume which I believe will be my pleasure to share.



Green Tea heal the body of or prevent cancer,reduce the bad effects of LDL cholesterol and increase good cholesterol.Increase the metabolism and great for weight loss and to ease depression. 
Plain Water is the ideal natural cleansing fluid for the body.Drinking enough water daily will help the brain to function well.

Cucumber is best natural diuretic known secreting and promoting the flow of urine.Helps in kidney and urinary bladder disease,liver disease and pancreatic disease.


Onions help to lover blood pressure naturally.It also thins the blood,dissolve blood clots and clear the blood of unhealthy fats.


Chicken Eggs are a ready available source of choline,a nutrient vital to cells,the liver and most importantly the brain.


Eating Fish every week reduces the risk of hearth disease and stroke by reducing blood clots and inflammation.Improving blood vessel elasticity,lovering blood pressure and lovering blood fats.

Kiwi Fruits are rich in many vitamins ,flavonoids and mineral.In particular they contain a high amount of vitamin C (more than oranges).As much potassium as bananas and a good amount of beta-carotene.


Carrots are an excellent source of antioxidant compounds and the richest vegetable source of the pro-vitamin A carotene's.Carrots antioxidant compounds help protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer. 


Garlic has been found to have antibacterial,antiviral and anti fungal activity.However these action are less clear in humans.Garlic is also claimed to help prevent hearth disease and cancer.


Sweet Potato help to protect against heart attack and stroke.Reducing blood pressure and maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance in the body cells.


Corn is a hearth protector.When eaten everyday it can lower cholesterol in the body.



Raspberry is a delicious fruits loaded with powerful phytonutrients and antioxidants that can straighten the immune system and help the body ward of diseases.
