All of us make little health mistakes that cause damage to our bodies in the long run - simply because we are unaware we are doing something wrong. Here are some of the most common mistakes made by many of us.

26th SEA game is currently sizzling in Indonesia and initially I plan to write something about this game but some or rather when I think about SEA game I will defiantly remember some of the athletes from Malaysia like sprinter Rabuan Pit,Marina Chin ect.ect and the most I remembered is non other than my favorite from Philippines "De Vega Mercado Lydia" or simply call Lydia De Vega.Even though she is not from my home country Malaysia I really admired her style and sprint.Well I use to be a sprinter during my school day and 100m,200m and 400m is my favorite which I use to dominate during my hay days in school.

If now you want me to sprint you had to put a "Doberman" behind me and that will be by chance or luck if ever I can make it or not.Well I would not like to mention that anyway but to everyone knowledge Lydia De Vega had become synonyms during the 80's especially in SEA games.Philippines have a lot of talented athlete till today especially on track and field.

Hoo! Drinkers A Ways To Increase Alcohol Tolerance

Some useful info's or tips on increasing alcohol tolerance.Of cause consume alcohol is not good for us especially those whom drink heavily , regularly , daily or can't leave without it.When alcohol had become one of the necessary diet for them like eating lunch or dinner.When you don't eat you will starve to death and finally meet your creator and same goes to people who need alcohol in their daily life where if they do not get it they will help someone else to meet the creator.

There are also someone whom try to taste the alcohol for the first time and when I mean alcohol I a referring to beer,whisky,vodka and all the devils you know where to find them.If you are the first timer no issue but do not be a slave to alcohol as once you became the slave to it there will be no point of return and prepare yourself to meet your creator in haven or hell.

During my visit to India I did visit some of the magnificent temple and some dated 5-6 AD and they look wonderful with craft and art which keep telling me to come back again and again.Anyway lets see others beautiful temple in the world which all of them located in Asia.

The Carepenters whom I Rmember

OK today I would like to write about music.I know every one in this world love music and even some animal do.Music is wonderful and pleasant and there are so many kind of music present today.What I am writing now is on music call "melodic pop".When you mention melodic pop we had to go back a few years behind the past on the era we callt "the 70's".The era were I born and grew.When we talked about pop in the 70's only one came to my mind.The "Carpenters"! I believe today no one would ever knew whom they are.But I believe if you are in a same era with me or even older and expose to western music you will certainly remember "Carpenter".They melodies pop still rock to this day and I had plenty of their hits songs downloaded in my mp3 so I can listen when I driving.
Carpenter creates such a lovely song and "Top Of The World" is one of my big time favourite.I am writing this so we can re-visit again a glimpse of Karen and Richard Carpenter life.

Dates such as 11/11/11, are happening more often since the start of the new millennium.The hype for these special dates is building across popular culture, with films and stories being made about the end of the world and news reports about expectant parents eagerly waiting for their children to be born on these dates.But is there a special meaning behind these unique dates? Or is it just pure math?

The Other Side of Chinese Growth - Ghost Cities

I remember when I visited China,Guangzhou the city have 2 major spot.Where I stay during my business trip is a 5 star Mayor hotel which oversee the huge Olympic stadium standing majestically where I can't even believe my eyes that China have this kind of high profile building.The place I stayed which is a few kilometer away from Guangzhou Industrial area is a new modern town by itself.A Jusco shopping complex,Mc Donald and some recognizable outlet which really fascinating.I did not even imagine that China had grown to this standard with modern infrastructure.The second spot is down town old Guangzhou with original China style town which I like the most.Typical old China town with a lot of traditional still intact.They even made noodles by hand on the same spot.That really something interesting to see.

I did not aspect this kind of culture change shock in China where I still think the same old style of living.I had a chance to visit one of my working colleges apartment which I can only say outstanding.Of cause not to mention on those are really poor.All the gadgets in the world are on my friend possession and until today I still keep in touch with him through mail and Face book.He use to update what is the latest gadget he is having and to my surprise he have almost 15 hand phone as a collection and Ipad..? Well this you can get it cheap in China with China made of cause.

In 2009 Libya was a friend to the US so much so that Libya allowed several US corporate giants to enter & approval was given for training of Libyan security personnel & civilians. These were the civilians that eventually became rebels given arms by the West to overthrow Gaddafi in a movement called liberating Libya .Arming locals has become a new strategy to avoid deaths to coalition forces while NATO is tasked to take on the indiscriminate air strikes. So what has been the cost for killing a man who has ruled a nation for 42 years without debt to the IMF or the World Bank? It took 8 months for US-NATO to take over Libya, the pro-US Libyan Government may celebrate & rejoice but that celebration is as short-lived as the jubilations in Iraq & Egypt where the people are beginning to realize their country would have still been better off with Saddam Hussein & Hosni Mubarak!
